How do I purchase your products online?
When browsing our site, you will see the online retail partners that carry our products. Select the retailer you prefer to shop with, and we will redirect you directly to that product on the retailer’s website.
Can I return or exchange products that I purchased online?
If you placed an order prior to July 16, 2025, the thirty (30) day return policy still applies. Please reach out to our customer team at 1-877-879-8410, Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. CT to initiate your return.
For orders placed after July 16, 2025, please contact the retailer from which the purchase was made. Each retailer will have its own return policy.I have a specific product question; how do I get it answered?

Due to the high volume of requests we receive, we require all submissions to be routed through the Sponsorship and Donations online request process. By submitting your request online, we are able to evaluate your request and respond with a decision in a timely manner. Please note that we no longer accept requests via email, fax, or phone.
