Official Giveaway Rules

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by fresh collection by Fruit of the Loom, located at 1 Fruit of the Loom Drive, Bowling Green, KY 42103, together with co-sponsors Liquid I.V., Jenny Lemons, and Juus Beauty (collectively, the "Sponsor"). Each co-sponsor is jointly responsible for the administration and fulfillment of its respective portion of the Prize.

2. Instagram Disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Information you provide as part of your entry is provided to Sponsor, not to Instagram. By entering, you release Instagram from any and all liability in connection with this Promotion.

3. Promotion Period

• Entry period begins: 7/17/2026 at 6:00 AM ET
• Entry period ends: 7/23/2026 at 11:59 ET
• Winner drawing date: 7/24/2026
• Prize distribution by: within 10 days of winner confirmation

4. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, fresh collection, Liquid I.V., Jenny Lemons, and Juus Beauty, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

5. How to Enter

No purchase necessary. To enter, during the Promotion Period:

1. Follow the official Instagram accounts of @shopfreshcollection, @jennylemons, @liquidiv, and @juusbeauty
2. Tag one (1) roommate in the comments of the designated giveaway post

Limit one (1) entry per person/Instagram account, regardless of the number of comments or accounts tagged. Entries that don't meet all requirements above may be disqualified at Sponsor's discretion.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 7/24/2026 by a random drawing method applied to all eligible entrants. The winner will be notified via direct message (DM) from Sponsor's official Instagram account, @shopfreshcollection, within 3 days of the drawing.

The winner must respond to the notification DM within 48 hours of receipt. If the winner does not respond within this window, or cannot be reached, or does not meet eligibility requirements, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected in the same manner.

7. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a gift bundle including:

• One (1) curated box of underwear from fresh collection (ARV: $30.00)
• One (1) Liquid I.V. product (ARV: $16.79)
• Two (2) units of Jenny Lemons hair clips (ARV: $24.00)
• Three (3) Juus Beauty deodorants (ARV: $45.00)

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $115.79

Actual value may vary. No cash alternative or substitution is permitted. Prize is non-transferable.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who submits multiple entries under different identities, uses fake, duplicate, or bot-generated Instagram accounts, or otherwise attempts to circumvent these Official Rules, whether or not detected before or after a winner is selected. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undelivered entries or winner notifications, or for any technical, hardware, software, network, or platform failure of any kind, including issues with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, and each of their respective officers, employees, and agents from any liability related to participation in the Promotion or the receipt/use of any prize.

Winner may be required to sign a Liability Release and, where lawful, a Publicity Release granting Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and Instagram handle for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the Prize. Sponsor is not obligated to issue a tax reporting form given the Total ARV of this Promotion, but reserves the right to request a completed W-9 or equivalent form where required by law.

10. Governing Law

This Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Warren County, Kentucky.
