Stay-Put Comfort!
These shirts are very similar to the usual quality and comfort, versatility and fit that I have come to expect from Fruit of the Loom undershirts over the years. But the wonderful added feature of them being made longer than any other one I've ever purchased make these true winners! They will stay tucked in no matter what the activity I'm involved in, and I appreciate that immensely! I was always very happy with Fruit of the Loom in terms of the ability of the shirts to hold up in the washer and never become threadbare, but this is a wonderful improvement! Wish I had these longer types when I was younger, but better late than never!

Comfortable, no tags, and doesn't bunch up on you
I wear t-shirts everyday to work in order to keep cool and keep from sweating through my shirt. I was very happy with my white crew t-shirts from fruit of the loom. They are so comfortable, and I love the fact they don't have any annoying tags at the back of my neck. I have worn other t-shirts that at times bunch up on me, especially on my arm. This was not a problem with the crew t-shirt! At times I forgot that I was even wearing a t-shirt. If you are looking for a t-shirt that is comfortable, no tags, and won't bunch up on you, I would suggest you grab a pack of fruit of the loom white crew t-shirts.

Great Style of Tshirt
These tapered shirts are the best product in a awhile from fruit of the loom. I like a tapered fit on my clothes and these are great for layering under clothes as they have a wider neck opening which is easy to hide when worn as a undershirt. Not the greatest for wearing on thier own because of that neck opening but i wear other brands tapered tshirts for that purpose. My size purchased is small and I am on the thin side of weight with no fat at 5'8" and no spare tire around my waist. Not much shrinkage here on these tshirts but i don't use high heat when drying either. It's about time fruit of the loom came out with tapered tshirts for us that don't need that "generous fit".

Slim and Simple!
These classic Fruit of The Loom crew neck tshirts have all the great features of the classic cut, but with a medium taper towards the waist. These shirts are perfect for the guy that wants a slimmer look or for men with broad shoulders that need less room in the stomache area. If you've got the right body type - give these a try!

The crew shirts I like (though I can't find Select, which I think are better), so I was happy to find FOTL have their own sales channel. Although the product I purchased (2 of) indicated there were 6 in the package, there were only 5 per pack. FOTL made it right by saying they will send me another 5 pack.

Necks stretch and Black colors run.
The necks of the Fruit of the Loom Men's 4 Pack Black and Grey Crews undergarments stretch (become misshapen). The Black Crews' colors run/bleed when washed so be careful (wash separately).

Does "extended size" mean tall ? I'm 6'1" 175#. I am constantly looking for tall type t-shirts. I want a longer sleeve in 5.2-5.5oz 100% cotton t-shirt. Beefy-T's are a little heavy for hot summer days. Fine in the fall, winter and spring.
Extended sizes is not the same as tall sizes. The extended sizes are size 2XL and 3XL. We do offer tall sizes in our all white crew and v-neck shirts. I have provided the link below:

After 4-5 wearings and washings,these shirts developed visible tiny holes near and on the neckband, usually on the left side of the shirt. Other brands have the same holes! Does the machine stitching neckband to shirt catch the fabric and rip it?
Not sure specifically but the t-shirts in general are crummy, low quality material and poorly made.
