If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return any item that is in the original condition that it was received from Fruit.com – unused, unwashed and accompanied by original packaging, including tags.
You may return merchandise purchased from Fruit.com within 30 days of the original shipped date.

How do I return an item?
Inside the package, you will receive a returns form, with a USPS shipping label that will allow you to return any portion of your order. If you have any questions, please call our Customer Service Team at 1-855-253-4534, 8am - 4:30pm, central time, Monday through Friday.
Will it cost me to return my order?
We have two options to choose from when making a return:
- Option 1 – Is that you use our prepaid label that is part of your returns from. $7.99 will be deducted from your refund. If your item is damaged, defective or is an incorrect item, you will not be charged for your returns shipping.
- Option 2 – Use the delivery method of your choice. You will not be reimbursed for your shipping charges. Please send the return to the address below along with a copy of the packing slip. Please keep record of your tracking # when using option 2.

Can I return products that were purchase from another retailer?
We only accept returns for items purchased from Fruit.com. If the items were purchased elsewhere, please contact that retailer to complete your return.
I'm from outside the U.S., how can I exchange or return merchandise?
You will need to contact the retailer or distributor from which you purchased the product. If you have any additional questions, simply send an email to FOTLCustServ@fruit.com or call 1-855-253-4534, 8am - 4:30pm, central time, Monday through Friday.
How will my refund be distributed?
You will be refunded for the merchandise total, plus applicable sales tax paid, minus shipping. If you return any part of an order that was part of a promotion, your refund may be reduced. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless you receive a defective or wrong item.
Please allow 14 business days for us to process your return and 1 to 2 billing cycles for the returns credit to show up on your credit card statement.
Refunds will be remitted in the same form as the original purchase when possible. Please note that gift orders will be refunded to the original purchaser.
