What is your return policy?
Fruit of The Loom® guarantees total customer satisfaction with the items you purchase from Fruit.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return any item that is in the original condition that it was received from Fruit.com – unused, unwashed and accompanied by original packaging, including tags.
You may return items purchased from Fruit.com within 90 days of the original order date.

How do I return an item?
When on Fruit.com, select Returns under Help/FAQ, enter your Fruit.com order number, email address and billing zip code. This must be the email address and billing zip code that you used when placing your original order. You can also log into your Fruit.com account and initiate a return from the My Account page.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the steps to print the prepaid return shipping label.
- Repackage the returned items in either the original shipping bag or packaging of your choice (make sure there are no other labels on it), and apply the shipping label.
- Drop in your mailbox or take to the nearest USPS or FedEx location.
When your return label is scanned by the carrier, you will receive an email that your return is in process. When your items reach our returns center, we will process your return and then submit a credit to your original form of payment. An email will be sent to you when your refund is in process. Your credit card provider will apply your credit according to their standards and guidelines.

Will it cost me to return my order?
We offer Free returns when you use the prepaid return shipping label that you print from Fruit.com.
Can I return products that were purchase from another retailer?
We only accept returns for items purchased from Fruit.com. If the items were purchased elsewhere, please contact that retailer to complete your return.

How will my refund be distributed?
You will be refunded for the merchandise total, plus applicable sales tax paid, and shipping. If you return any part of an order that was part of a promotion, your refund may be reduced.
Please allow 14 business days for us to process your return and 1 to 2 billing cycles for the returns credit to show up on your credit card statement.
Refunds will be remitted in the same form as the original purchase when possible. Please note that gift orders will be refunded to the original purchaser.
I'm from outside the U.S., how can I exchange or return merchandise?
You will need to contact the retailer or distributor from which you purchased the product. If you have any additional questions, simply send an email to FOTLCustServ@fruit.com or call 1-855-253-4534, 8am - 4:30pm, central time, Monday through Friday.
